DPWH: 'Old' drainage system caused Metro flooding - GMA news.tv- DrainageNews

While many Metro Manila residents are still fuming over Tuesday night's flashfloods, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) blamed it on an "old, old" drainage system. Flashfloods caused by a heavy downpour stranded several passengers in many parts of Metro Manila, despite government's repeated claims it has completed a flood control project.
