How to Signup For the Workshop?

To signup for the Workshop, follow steps A, B, C and D below:

Step A- Download and Print out the Registration Form
Download the brochure and registration form by choosing one of the following formats and clicking the link:
Download in pdf format
Download in MS Word format
Download in Winzipped MS Word format

For pdf file, it must be opened using the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have a copy, download it for free here.

Step B- Fill in the Registration Form
The registration form is printed on the last page of the brochure.

Step C- Fax the Completed Form to (603) 5882 1602

You will receive confirmation via fax and email informing you that a place is reserved for you subject to receipt of final payment.

Step D- Send Payment by Post or Courier
Please post or courier cheque to this address within 14 days:

You will receive a receipt by fax and an email after clearance of cheque. Your place is confirmed! The original receipt will be handed to the participant at the workshop.

You will receive via fax and email workshop details (including maps) two weeks before the workshop dates.
