The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) blamed a faulty drainage system for deciding to close anew the Tullahan Bridge in northern Metro Manila on Tuesday night. Angelito Twaño, assistant director of the DPWH for Metro Manila, said his men have to dismantle the drainage system and totally rebuild the approaches to the bridge. Gatchalian (Nationalist People's Coalition) sought an investigation into the delay-marred bridge construction as he scored Josefino Rigor, DPWH Metro Manila director, for allegedly keeping himself unavailable. read me
