MSMAware is an online software designed to comply with the requirements of MSMA (2011) by JPS.

Details about MSMAware:

MSMAware includes six modules: (1) Design Storm, (2) Rational Method, (3) Time-Area Method
(4) On-Site Detention, (5) Detention Basin* and (6) Culvert Design*.

MSMAware can compute and plot the IDF curves for any locations in Malaysia based on 3 different design storm data:
(1) MSMA (2011)- the second edition of MSMA,

(2) HP 1 (DID, 2021)- for Peninsular Malaysia and

(3) HP 26 (DID, 2018)- for East Malaysia.

The Storm Module considers the Temporal Patterns, ARF (Areal Reduction Factor), CCF (Climate Change Factor) and 10 and 20 km grids based on the 3 design storm data above.

The Storage Module can design detention storages including On-Site Detention (OSD) and Detention Basin.

With the click of a mouse, you can generate reports in PDF or Docx formats for editing.
